At Styles Wish, we understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order. This policy explains when an order cancellation may be requested.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing.
Because orders may be prepared for shipment shortly after purchase, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- Full name used for the order
- Email address used during checkout
- A request to cancel the order
We will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
3. Orders Already in Processing
Once an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be available. In this situation, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before processing and payment has already been captured, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Orders That Have Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want the item, you may be able to return it after delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Incorrect Order Information
If you entered incorrect information, such as an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the information if the order has not yet entered processing. Once processing or shipment has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
